Our response to covid-19:

Shop rules and safety guidelines for reopening:

We are very serious about our commitment to keeping our community safe + have put a great deal of thought into making sure our salon environment is safe for everyone. 

We will be operating by appointments only. No walk ins. Closed Mondays.

*Anyone that comes into the salon will be required to wear a mask for the entirety of their visit*. Please have your mask on before coming into the salon and keep your mask on for the duration of your stay. We will be enforcing a strict no mask, no service policy for everyones safety. We will not be providing masks. 

 

Only clients being serviced will be allowed in the salon. Do not bring extra guests to your appointment. They will not be allowed in the salon. 

When you arrive to the appointment, stay inside your vehicles + call us to confirm that we are ready for you to enter. The doors will be locked otherwise to control random entry.

You will be asked screening questions when you arrive at your appointment + we will check your temperature with a no touch thermometer. You will then be asked to wash your hands for at least 20 seconds.

Only essentials such as keys+ and form of payment should be brought into the salon. You will be asked to wipe down your phone if you choose to bring it in but do not handle it after doing so. No purses + leave jewelry at home. 

No food or drink.

Remain at least six feet apart from others to the greatest extent possible.

We cannot seat you with your friend/family member if you both have appointments at the same time because everyone, your nail professional included, needs to be able to maintain social distancing whenever possible. 

Things that cannot be sterilized, such as magazines will be put away. High touch areas will be constantly and thoroughly sanitized with EPA grade products.

We will not have drying stations available as it is all located at one communal table and will inhibit social distancing. If you choose to do regular polish, we will spray your nails/ toes with quick dry and you will be asked to dry on the way home. Please note that the alcohols found in hand sanitizer and cleaning products will break down nail polish faster than normal. You may want to consider gel polish instead as it will dry instantly.

If you are sick, feel sick or are presenting any symptoms of illness/ allergy, do not come into the salon. If you are living with anyone who is sick or presumed sick, do not come into the salon.If you have come into contact with anyone sick or presumed sick, do not come into the salon. We will not be making exceptions of any kind. 

Due to inflation, you will see a slight increase in the cost of your nail service. 

*Upon reopening*, in an effort to cut back on front desk traffic/phone calls, please book your next appointment before leaving the salon OR by texting the following phone number:  

 (508)-625-0381 Tuesday- Sunday, between the hours of 9 am-7 pm. This number was created specifically to respond to appointment requests so do not text/ call/message personal numbers for appointments. We will not respond to requests after hours or on Mondays as that is our time off with our families. Thank you for understanding.

 

Appointments will be booked in the order it was received. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you may also text that number. Unless you get written confirmation, your appointment is not yet guaranteed.

 

It is *very* important that you provide your full name or the full name of the person receiving services*), as well as a phone number and exact appointment requests. If you want someone specific to do your nails, please indicate that otherwise it will be based on whomever is available. Be as specific as possible with the time and service as that will make it easier for us. Being specific will also ensure that we have enough time to service you. If you want a spa pedicure instead of a basic pedicure please indicate that, if you say "pedicure" we will assume that you want a basic pedi with regular polish. If you want dip with extensions, please say dip with extensions. If you just say "mani", we will assume you want a basic mani with regular polish. If you need to have something soaked off, that will require additional time and will need to be specified at the time of booking. Basically anything that will require additional time will need to be specified at the time of booking. If you are not sure about something, just ask. We are here for you. We want you to be as specific as possible to prevent miscommunications/ misunderstandings.

 

For example: This is Joe Smith and I am looking to make an appointment for myself for Tuesday 12/1 at 9 AM for a Gel polish Manicure and a basic pedicure with regular polish. My phone number is 333-333-3333. 

Once we are reopen, If you experience a wait in response time, that means we are servicing clients and will get to you in due time.Thank you for your understanding.
